FireFly Flash 90-minute virtual workshops,
designed and customized to meet your organization's unique needs.
As we all move to fully embrace the new hybrid work environment, I am passionate about sharing best practices with my clients in a focused, customized format.
Our
FireFly Flash 90-minute virtual workshops are designed for leaders, supervisors, and individual team members. We can accommodate up to 50 people per workshop.
We begin your workshop design with a survey of 7-10 topics sent to your group of participants, asking them to rank order the
top 3 challenges they're currently experiencing since hybrid work has become more commonplace. We then develop a
unique learning experience for the participants, based on the latest research and best practices.
What could we possibly accomplish in 90 minutes, you ask?
It's why we call it FireFly Flash. In 90 minutes, we cover the 3 topics your group selected when registering for the workshop. The 90 minutes are then broken into 3 separate segments of equal time to cover each topic.
- A 10-minute discussion of best practices, tips, tools, and techniques related to the first topic providing clear, take-away action ideas to work more effectively.
- Breakout rooms for 10-minutes to discuss key learnings and potential action steps.
- Return to the main room, type into chat the one action step you heard in your breakout group that you are ready to take action on.
- Begin your personal action planning.
- The program includes a Personal Action Plan, Session Summary Sheet, and other handouts specific to the sessions.
Here are the highest ranking topics we addressed in our most recent virtual sessions:
- Effective communications - both within and across teams.
- Leveraging the strengths of the team without risking burnout.
- Prioritizing and effectively managing individual/team workload and time.
- Handling difficult conversations with staff and management in a virtual environment.
- Get more participation in virtual meetings (especially those less likely to speak up).
