FireFly Facilitation led the Board of Directors of a large non-profit through a planning process to reach agreement on the mission, vision, and strategic plan.  Later, we were invited back to facilitate an advisory committee in determining the selection criteria and recipients of an award that reinforced the strategic direction of the organization.

A large financial institution experienced unproductive staff meetings, as evidenced by a lack of clear objectives, ineffective participant behavior that went unchecked, and endless discussions without reaching a decision.  Using a proprietary process, FireFly Facilitation led the team in discovering their unique elements of meeting dysfunction.  Together we redesigned the staff meeting to address the most critical issues and capitalize on each individual’s strengths.

FireFly Facilitation worked with a Fortune 500 marketing team, utilizing the Lencioni Team Assessment and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument.  With these tools, our expert facilitators helped the team build a strong foundation of trust, understand their communication preferences, and resolve conflict productively.  The team applied these learnings to reach agreement on a concrete action plan for improving their effectiveness over the next 90 days.
